Tekashi 6ix9ine is a popular rapper.

Apparently the security team was chasing a person who had taken an unauthorized video of Tekashi.

In July of 2021, five members of Tekashi’s security force were indicted for an August, 2020 robbery in Harlem.

The charges were brought by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.

The charges for the five were first degree robbery, second degree robbery and impersonating an officer.

One member of the team, a retired NYPD detective, was accused of falsely claiming the victim was brandishing a firearm.

The team chased the victim almost 20 blocks in SUVs with activated emergency lights and sirens.

The retired officer allegedly stopped police from helping the victim by claiming the victim had used a firearm in a threatening manner.

The team members eventually caught up with and stopped the victim.

The victim was removed from the vehicle, his phone taken and then stomped.

Police soon arrived.

The retired police detective member of the team attempted to make a criminal complaint against the victim but it was rejected by police.

Tekashi was not charged.

In November, 2020, Rock and Roll Superstar Bruce Springsteen was arrested for DUI, reckless driving and consuming alcohol in a prohibited portion of the Gateway National Recreation Area.

This Area is a park connecting Sandy Hook, A New Jersey Beach slightly south of New York City, with the ocean facing part of Staten Island and Jamaica Bay.

Springsteen faces his first court appearance late in February, 2021 or early March, 2021.

The Park Service represented that Springsteen was polite and cooperative.

Springsteen did not realize that he had the right to simply say “I want a Lawyer” thereby refusing to incriminate himself.

Springsteen, 71 years of age, nicknamed the Boss has been in the music business for five decades.

Springsteen probably attempted the roadside field tests even though they are not intended for anyone over age 65 as to be too physically demanding to be of any use in predicting probable blood alcohol content in elderly subjects.

Springsteen’s arrest was several weeks after he released “Letter to You”, his 20th album.

Springsteen appeared in a Jeep ad played during SuperBowl 55.

Jeep has subsequently removed the ad from its YouTube selections.
